Freezer staple!
Nice mix of veggies in usefully sized chunks, great to add to sauces for a quick fix for a number of meals. 1 bag will do about 4 - 6 adult portions depending on recipe. This is an economical option for recipes that may require out of season or awkward veggies- looking at you aubergine that may not always be available in local supermarkets.

Haven't used these yet
I haven't cooked with these yet. I bought them trying to be healthy but the pizza I also bought lead me astray. Its a huge bag and it's full of colour so I can only imagine what the flavours like. The price is awesome and delivery was super fast. Thank you.

Other reviews are wrong
Really have to disagree with the above reviews, by people who seemingly cannot be subtle when cooking said char grilled vegetables. They have a lovely variety and taste to them. It's simple really, Just put them in a foil oven proof tray and cook. How either of you have managed to mash them or give such a damning review is quite beyond me..
