Quality seems OK, pinout is incorrect.
The quality of the keypad seems OK, both electrical and mechanical. The pinout provided is incorrect. I provided an image of a conventional membrane keypad with pinout, and the pinout of this keypad. Need to switch wires around to replace the membrane in my Arduino design. If the image doesn't work out, the pinout is as follows (facing front of keypad) NC C2 R1 C1 R4 C3 R3 R2 NC. Not sure what the schematic in the description is for.
