Fill Your Cup - A Journal to Love Yourself More Paperback – Large Print, November 18, 2024

I love this journal. It asks a lot of hard questions that we should really ALL ask ourselves. You self reflect on your life and dig up some memories that might hurt, but writing about it helps heal you in the end. I recommend this if you're on a self-love journey.

Really nice prompts if you need to unpack some things but I'd recommend writing answers in another journal. Not enough room a lot of times. Also, not a big deal but there are a lot of spelling errors 😅.

Do not buy this journal, it does not fill your cup, ot literally asks about your trauma over and over again, i didn't fell uplifted at all, i felt depressed after completing it

If I could give this book negative stars I would. The person who put this book together is NOT a mental health professional and put this book out as an independent publisher and most likely did not get accepted by a recognized publisher. The title is about self-care and the book is about trauma. They do not align with each other and very damaging to people. Stay away from this book and protect your peace.
