The first thing that struck me was the care and diligence taken to wrap each of my plants. Packaging was amazing!Second, the plants arrived looking nourished and vibrant. They were somewhat smaller than I expected, but generally healthy-looking - a huge concern, since I had never ordered plants prior to this and wondered how they would keep during shipping. Product arrived great!The personalized information and care notes were appreciated, given that I'm new to the plant care world. I love the fact that that the rice hull pots are eco-friendly and compostable too!This was my first time experimenting with online plant ordering. Not only are my plants healthy and beautiful, the customer service exceeds anything I’ve experienced in a long time. 100% recommend purchasing from this seller. The detailed care sheets for each plant they ship are very helpful and easy to follow. During this time of quarantine, they mailed me seeds to start a lettuce bed for my sons to get lost in a fun project. Cannot give enough stars.

The plants look beautiful and healthy. Packed very well! Care instructions and plant food included. They were in cheap plastic pots not the Eco-Friendly RICE HULL Pot with saucer as advertised. I am very disappointed because of this. I ordered these and paid a little more rather than from another seller because of the pots with saucers. I have contacted the seller and will post their response. This may seem silly or nit picky to some but is important to me.

THESE PLANTS ARE AMAZING!! THEY ARE STEONG AND TOUGH, THEY SPENT THIER SUMMER INY KITCHEN WINDOW LOVIN THE CALI SUMMER! I LOVE THEM LIKE CHILDREN, BUT ITS TIME TO GIVE THEM MORE ROOM TO GROW AND IM VERY APPREHENSIVE ABOUT THIS MOVEMENT OR TRANSPLANT INTO A NEW POT FOR THEM TO GROW AND FLOURISH IN. In my set, I received a parlor palm, snake plant, and pothos. The parlor palm and snake plant are still doing well about a month in, but the pothos did not survive more than three days. The pothos arrives very wilted and already had browning stems. I have experience with pothos, so I thought I may be able to rescue it. I transplanted into a terracotta pot and gave it fresh soil. When transplanting, it was VERY clear that the pothos was not established. Not one stem actually had any visible roots at all. I planned to move them into water to root, but they were too far gone at that point.Overall, I am not *that* upset with my order because 2 out of 3 are doing just fine, but I was very disappointed with the pothos.

Plants arrived in great condition, some broken leaves but that's expected in shipping. Well watered, paper and tape around plant to hold soil in pot so no spills, and plants look healthy. Only have had them for a week but so far they look great! Also instructions included on how to take care of plants in case you don't know as well as what the plant is and little tid bits of information about the plant. Overall happy with my purchase.

They were beautifully wrapped when they arrived. Were in regular plastic containers. One plant arrived rotting and died within 3 days. Seller replaced plant. The replacement plant looked healthy and vibrant. Now it is yellowing and dying again. I couldn't figure out why - so i check all the plants - they all have browning leaves with stems that are disconnected from the soil. Then I take a closer look at the Ivy - its just clippings that have not rooted. Could they root? Sure - but these are not established plants. You could just as well cut off some stems from your neighbors garden and stick them in soil. These plants have received abundant sunlight and regular waterings - but they don't have established roots so it is very hard for the thin hair like roots to support a full stem and leaf system. Don't be confused, if they die its not your fault.

I just received my three plants today, and have never seen plants packaged so nicely. They were packaged in a cellophane sleeve, with what may have been wet tissue paper to cover the dirt. Then wrapped in layers of tissue paper, and tied with a red bow. Tissue paper surrounded the plants, so they couldn't move. There was not one broken leaf and the only dirt spilled was when I took off the wet tissue, which was from the dirt clinging to the tissue. They include directions for each plant and instruction booklet. There were also three dishes to put the plants in, and some soil food. They seem to be healthy, but time will tell. I am very pleased with this purchase.
