Great phone
If you can find a cheap one (less than $220), its absolutely worth it.

The Bones have to be used by the carrier of the phone
This phone can only be used by Verizon Wireless. I am not changing my phone carrier just for this phone. Verizon Wireless three times higher than my T-Mobile bill. Therefore I do not need this phone. This is why I had to return it.

Great Phone but Mobile Data stops working after Android 8.0 Upgrade..
This is sad to say but I bought this phone a few months ago. Many upgrades had been installed until Android Update 8.0. Phone data deactivates after. Took the phone to AT&T.. They did all they can and couldn't help me and referred me to the next door phone technician. Went there and paid for them to fix the software issue but all they did was "Factory Reset" my phone which is someone thing I could have done myself but didn't want to and was hoping the can fix it another way. Phone worked after because software is downgraded below 8.0. Anyting below 8.0 works. Anything 8.0 and up does not work. My dad has the same phone and he doesn't have any problem with data mobile issues so I'm not sure whats going on anymore. Maybe perhaps a different assembly line?

Buyer beware
Bought this phone for a family member a year ago. She didn’t use unbox it or use it for a year. A few weeks ago she finally decided to switch over to this phone. It seemed to be an OK phone until it wouldn’t connect to data. We have troubleshot the phone ourselves and called AT&T for assistance troubleshooting but nothing has worked to get the phone connected to data. The phone is basically worthless if it cannot connect to data.If you know how to troubleshoot this please help.
