The COMPLETE SERIES, Great Picture Quality, For A LOT Less Money Than American Release!
Firstly, I LOVE this series. It takes me right back to when I was watching it as a kid on broadcast TV! I'm from and live in America, so naturally I had bought the Season 1 DVD set when it came out on American NTSC DVD's and waited and waited and waited for YEARS for the 2nd Season to come out too. Well, when it finally DID come out it seemed to only be available for purchase if coupled WITH the 1st Season set, WHICH I ALREADY HAD and this "bundle" cost a FORTUNE! The least expensive listing I have found is on Amazon and is $109!So I have been a fan of many British Comedy TV series for years and had finally decided that I needed to purchase a UK PAL Region 2 capable or a Region Zero DVD player, as most British TV series aren't available in the US, and if they are, they cost a fortune. So I ordered a Region Zero player. While browsing British TV DVD sets, I happened to come across the Complete Baa Baa Black Sheep Series on Region 2 DVD's. Before I even ordered any British TV series to watch in my new player, I decided I would order the Complete Baa Baa Black Sheep set for LESS than a THIRD of the American price!!! When I pressed play on the first Black Sheep DVD in my machine, I half expected the picture quality to be low. Well, I was pleasantly surprised to see that it is AMAZING! There are NO differences between the US and UK menus or other screens, other than the Government copyright warnings, which are, of course, British.I am THRILLED with this set! I don't understand why these American production companies charge American's SO MUCH to buy AMERICAN TV series' DVD Sets! I can say from some experience now that, for the most part, at least the UK DVD sets of both American and British series are MUCH less expensive, even WITH shipping! I will be buying many more TV series DVD sets from the UK in the future!I absolutely recommend this DVD Set! If you purchase a Region Zero player, it will MORE than pay for itself with this single set and you can save money on other series sets and still be able to play any American DVD on it, as well.

Great American history movies,
My family have been American soldiers since World War I, World War II, Korean war, Vietnam war, And so on. For my family it is imperative to remember history, of those who fought and those who died for this great country, This video along with Patton, MacArthur, Eisenhower, Rommel, D-Day invasion and Midway, are all videos that you should have in your personal library, and remember to have those family members and their grandchildren remember history.

Loved this series and great to see it again
Only 2 seasons but they filmed a lot more episodes per season back then. It's great to recognize stars before they became stars. The plots are good and I am really enjoying watching them and old world war 2 film.

Finally found it! Baa Baa Black Sheep
A blast from days past, watched it for he first time in the early eighties, loved the comedian aspect as well as the aerial scenes, altogether something that in this combination was never repeated.

Shows its age, but still good fun
Seems a bit corny now (probably was even when it came out) but I have fond memories of watching 'Pappy' and the team back when I was younger and still gives me a laugh now.
