I REALLY LIKE THIS GLUTEN-FREE TAPIOCA BREAD. AT FIRST I WAS HESITANT IN PURCHASING THIS BREAD BECAUSE I DIDN'T KNOW IF IT WOULD BE GRITTY, TOO SOFT OR TASTELESS. I HAD EATEN THE PAPA LOAF BEFORE THIS, BUT NOW I AM ALLERGIC TO POTATO, SO I HAD TO FIND ANOTHER BREAD. I LIKE THE TEXTURE, NOT SOFT OR MUSHY, NOT TO DENSE, JUST RIGHT. YOU CAN MAKE WONDERFUL FRENCH TOAST, GREAT FOR SLOPPY SANDWICHES AND CHEESE TOAST! IT COMES IN REGULAR SLICE OR THIN SLICED. I PERSONALLY ENJOY THE THIN SLICED BREAAD. I TOAST MY BREAD AND THE BUNS, IT BRINGS OUT THE FLAVOR OF THE BREAD. SO ENJOY.

Although the taste of four out of the six loafs of bread was ok and acceptable, two whole loafs were completely rotten and filled with mold. The sight of the completely green bread was really disgusting tbh. Not to mention the money wasted on the already kinda expensive bread, due to the fact that one third of the order was damaged.

Gluten has been a problem for me for at least 30 years. Until this bread, I had to make do with crumbly, dry odd-tasting 'breads', some of which gave me heartburn(rice.) This bread, however, is delicious as is(when fresh) for sandwiches. It tends to dry out if kept too long. That usually isn't a problem, since it is tasty. Toasted it is slightly 'chewy', which I like(reminds me of bagels.) My only complaint is that the slices are too small. The price here is definitely better. My health store charges over$2 more per loaf. Many places carry only the rice bread, which I don't seem to digest well.

There are better GF breads available out there. This is impossible to eat unless toasted.

Great alternative to the traditional white!!handles well once toasted, on the expensive side though !!

This is a good amount of money ,it is good BUT it is NOT classic white at all its tapiocaAlso I put 2 in the freezer the rest in the box once I finished thoose 2 ,I looked at the box and I has to throw away 2 WHOLE PACKS OF bread bc it molded so I recommend to buy it but u have to put it all in the freezer

OK. If you are holding out for something that tastes exactly wheat bread then you are probably going to continue to low rate every gluten-free option out there. I have tasted better tasting better but this is honestly the best that will deliver to our location. It has more of home-baked flavor than Schar. It also doesn't require freezing immediately like Bfree. Mostly, I toast this bread for best flavor.

I have gotten this bread at the grocery store for quite some time now. It's a little pricey, but totally worth it. It has been phenomenal every time, which is rare for gluten free bread. I noticed it was cheaper to buy in bulk from Amazon, so I went ahead and ordered it. After opening the box with this order, I realized this packaging is completely different than the picture above. It's a completely different type of bread. The texture and quality of the bread is awful. It's much thinner as well than the stuff I get at the grocery store. It's dry and instantly falls apart while making anything with it. If you try to warm it up in the microwave, it has a stretchy/gummy texture and the toaster makes it dryer. I was very excited for this order, but was extremely disappointed after receiving the package. Completely false advertising here.
