Breakfast on the grill
We love our Napoleon and did not want to have to add a flat top Black... to our patio, but wanted to be able to do pancakes, bacon and eggs and enjoy breakfast on our patio. Also, wanted to do chop, chop Oriental cooking. Just pop these on your Napoleon grill and you have a flat top. This makes perfect pancakes, and dinners like sautéed shrimp and veges. We actually bought 2 and fills the whole Napoleon Rouge grill or sometimes just one so we can grill a steak on the grates over the fire and do the vegetables like sautéed mushrooms and onions on the griddle. Cleans up easily.

Much too NARROW for the Napoleon Grill
It seems to be decent cast iron, seasons OK, and one can cook on it. Good.On the other hand, it's much narrower than the steel grid that it replaces within the grill. Consequently, it's not heated evenly by the center and outer burner. It also slides side-to-side, especially while cleaning. Consequently, it has an annoying tendency to flip over and fall to the bottom of the grill. Seriously? It absolutely should be the same size as the grills that come with the unit - they've none of the nasty tendencies.

Napoleon griddle
Bought it for my husband, he really likes it makes breakfast a lot and hamburgers just make sure you season it
