A tasty, reasonable treat on a diet.
I went on a low-carb diet, denying myself a lot of the things I have always enjoyed eating. Although I can (and did) do that to attain my weight loss goal, I still wanted to have a snack occasionally. Although there are heart-healthy nuts, the fact is that one can get tired of nuts real quick.Enter Atkins Chocolate Chip Crisp Bar. Firstly, they taste good - want to get that out of the way early - and are a reasonable size. Yes, they taste good! They have zero grams of sugar and I got some of these for my type-II diabetic father. They are 130 calories and only 4 grams net carbs.So, yes, you can have a reasonable, tasty treat while on your diet. Typically, I'd have one of these in the evening with coffee. I ended up meeting my goal and, although these are a little expensive, they helped me lose weight while not feeling I had given up everything. Five stars.

Low sugar content and takes away my cravings
These taste great and when I'm craving sugar, they hit the spot and do the trick. There are other flavors in this Keto friendly line that work great too. I don't eat every day but great to have on the shelf when I want one! Hidden on the back of the shelf so that no one else really knows about them, LOL

Lower sugar option when you are needing something
I keep buying these since they taste just as good as anything when you are on a low sugar diet. They are good to have in the cupboard for when you just need something sweet. They also seem to help me with cravings and to quell hunger. I keep them on hand all the time for when I get in a pinch.

These are definitely worth it...
I bought these for my occasional afternoon snack while at work, and they are great. The flavor is really good considering the nutritional value of this product, not perfect (some might think it's a little too 'sugar-substitute' tasting), but I still enjoy them. Plus, the price is right for something so easy to grab-and-go that works with my diet.

Strong fake sugar taste
I got two flavors and this was my Least favorite. It has a strong fake sugar taste. The Carmel nut ones are better I think. They taste less chemically.

These bars are perfect for a snack an not crazy bad for you. The flavor for 1g of sugar ha pretty good. They are a little pricey but anything like this always is
