ok, I love that its a dragon. It looks good as a dragon. Now for the downside, they did a sloppy job of making it. At a distance it is awesome, but you get close and look at it up and down, turn it upside down and look under his chin and you see poor workmanship. On average, I would say it would probably not pass inspection at any other place, but it passed there. Wow! Details are awesome, and the color is true to the pictured image. For a piece of art from Toscano, I would have expected more. I will keep the dragon because, as I said, from a distance you cannot tell these problems. Creatively, its awesome, and great for the wall. I am considering repainting it, too, because I would like to have a different color on it. I would have given it a 5 star if I had not taken a closer look at the work on it in various places. Packaging was great, they provided a thick layer of protection from any breakage. It came in two boxes, which I was happy to see. All in all, I will accept this product. As an artist, I am most critical of my own work, so I expect other artists to be the same. Not with this one.

The media could not be loaded.  This is a great product. It was super fun to paint. I spray painted/primed the whole thing black first as I wanted a deeper and darker look to the design. The I just painted its with regular acrylic paint. My only wish would have been for the horns to have been well defined and smooth in the sculpture, not a continuous part of the "eyebrow" of the dragon head design. I would have liked them to look more like traditional horns. If you paint them the right way then they look great anyhow.

Great way to display my medieval crusader pieces. Dragon head & both sets of claws are very detailed. Only con - as others have stated - had to remove hardware, drill out holes, gorilla glue & upgrade to #4 1/2” zinc screws. Now they’re perfect !

I have a large shadow box at top of my stairs & this Toscano dragon head & talons is perfect. i had seen where others had painted theres but i think its perfect just the way they are. I am really happy with this purchase.

Build quality and detail were fantastic! Solid, easy to work with to modify to my needs. Took the primer and paint very well as well.

The dragon was a fun project for painting. The teeth are not easy, as they have some odd pieces that should have been cleaned up out of the mold before it left the factory. Maybe I could have shaved it away with a knife prior to painting, had I noticed.

Very nice head, but very bland, needs some coloring, for it to really stand out, I was thinking about getting some paint, and doing it myself

This thing is a conversation piece. I have the game of thrones theme in the basement, and had this painted to match one of the dragons. Looks crazy on the wall.
