Convenient and perfect size. I like that they are connected in fours, you can easily put them in any travel bag, purse, even pocket if needed. Start with the ends to pull them apart, I could see where it could be difficult for someone to pull them apart but I do like that, so they stay together better than others.

I bought these to use in a nebulizer for my kids. The individual, sealed capsules are the perfect size as I can use how much I need and not waste any. They are a little hard to separate but not impossible. Overall, great for what I need them.

The product itself is fine 9% medical saline. BUT, the files are not east to open and it advertises.As a matter of fact they are very difficult. And if you are older and have arthritis almost impossible.I understand the need for security and safety of product but needs to be redesigned for easy open.

I normally have to measure and create my solution. I picked these up because I was traveling. They are working out great. I find them easy to use - and no more measuring!! They can be a little difficult to separate from each other, but not bad. I read that someone couldn't figure out how to remove the top... Just twist the top to get it to separate from the base, then tilt that to separate from its spout.

Love having these convenient capsules with sterile saline for our nebulizer. I had been making my own saline mix to put in it, but it doesn't keep as long and I am not super confident how sterile my mix was. These are easy for my kids to use as well without contaminating a jar full of saline or trying to measure out enough themselves.This saline is great for moisturizing sinus passages and lungs, especially in dry climates or time of year. Do yourself a favor and pair it with a portable nebulizer, also available on Amazon. They're lightweight and quiet, and you can use these individual saline packs to take on the go or just at home to loosen things up and keep sinuses moist and happy.

You may have trouble getting these apart from each other, don't worry. You just grab a sheet of them and go ahead and grab the one on the end and twist it either forward or backwards and it will easily come loose. Easy to hold sheet of them and get them loose. It won't damage them.
