Can’t beat the price.
This is at a great price. Has what many say are medicinal ingredients. Plus, it tastes good. Cans were perfect. Expiration 2027. It is mild to medium spicy.

Great Vegan Soup!
This soup is thick, tasty, and filling. I'm the only vegan in my family, so I keep this on hand for when I don't feel like cooking something for just me. The lentils are blended, but the kale and quinoa are whole, so the soup is thick. I would prefer if they left the lentil whole, put that is just my personal preference. The soup is a good deal to have on hand.

Except for the high salt content, this is excellent soup.The cans arrived dented, but that didn't affect the flavor.

I love these vegan soups. They are delicious. Sometimes I add extra beans for protein, but it isn’t necessary. I buy them by the case. Amy’s soups are wonderful and an excellent healthy choice.
