Do yourself a favor and size down! I am very busty (40 G) and I normally wear a 2x top. I ordered a large and it was still huge. I could have easily worn a medium. The top is much shorter than I expected. Luckily I was wearing it under a corset. Think crop top, it isn’t going to cover you fully alone. Having said that, it worked out nicely for my Ren Faire costume and I was not unhappy with it.

It's a great costume piece but I had small issues with it being too short. It kept riding up which causes the boobs to look very unfilled. I'm 5'3 and 115 lbs and a small fit fine. Also I wore a 34 B bra and it was pretty unfilled unless I kept it tucked into my corset.

The size was too big but the brown fake leather in the arms was too narrow, so I'd say if you have larger arms don't do it.

I absolutely LOVE this top! It looks GORGEOUS with the belt! I will be ordering the khaki shirt tomorrow!

I bought this to wear to the Renaissance Festival under a corset. The overall fit is a little large (I'm a busty size 18/20), and the sleeves lace up so you can make them fit comfortably. The bottom kind of bunched up under my corset as the day wore on, but I was working so someone who was casually strolling around the Faire might not have the same issues. I usually try to add a piece or two to my Ren Faire wardrobe each season, and I think this piece was a good investment.

The bust and belly are sized as expected, but the arm holes (where the lacing is) are much too tight--loosening laces helps not at all, as the laces are only decorative, the sleeves are sewn one circumference, and that circumference is too small. Furthermore, the shirt is so short that, unless you're covering it with a bustier/corset, your belly will be so bare you could easily perform a fetching bellydance. What a shame, since the material is and workmanship are otherwise good. Very disappointed -> returning.

Absolutely stunning top, modern take on Renaissance/Steampunk! Soft, gauze like material, yet, not too thin, great all year wearability. The fabric is very stretchy and creates a lovely silhouette, great with jeans or dressed up with a skirt. I'm usually a size Small/Medium, (5'6", 130 lbs, 34DD), based on other reviews, I ordered a Medium and it fits well, as expected and is very comfy! Definitely recommend, very easy, breezy, boho look!

I love the style and it fits everywhere except the bust. I ordered a small, based on the size chart (I am a size 4 to 6 up top). It is true to size everywhere but the bust area doesn't not simply "gather" with the draw string, it hangs in the front and will have to be altered by a seamstress so that I can have it ready in time for an event. Although I am happy with most of it, please be advised that the arm cuffs, even extended with the drawstring can be a little snug.

I bough this shirt to wear under a corset for a steampunk outfit I am working on. It was way to large in the chest and very tight in the arms. If you have a large chest and thin arms this shirt will work for you. However, if you have large arms or a small chest.. You may need to make some alterations so it fits better. I will have to wait till I get the corset to make a final decided if I am keeping it or not. Also, the image clearly shows it is cut from the top down but mine is sewn at the top and cut only where the lacing is, which is weird.(Edit) Decided to keep the top and it went perfectly with my steampunk cosplay!!!

Is a Nice shirt great for dnd or goiny to a renaissance Fair. Its alittle big around the chest area however if you have a bigger chest size I should fit perfectly
