Rough Country 2" Leveling Kit for 2000-2006 Chevy/GMC Tahoe/Yukon - 27330

I originally purchased this kit because I needed four shocks for the wife's 2000 Yukon. It would have cost more to purchase shocks separately so figured might as well level the vehicle while I am at it. I have not installed this kit yet but have the same one on my 03 Silverado and cost/value ratio is amazing for these products.Item arrived neatly packaged and containing all parts necessary. The kit is awesome. It went right on and looks and drives excellent.

It worked perfect cuz I had a little tire rub and now I have zero rub even in tight turns

Fit works fine but one problem is the rear shocks up have to put the sleeve in an that was a pain in the B... lot of time an the torso key is the same size an everything as the one on my Yukon so that made no sense.so I bought another torso key an some new shocks that lifted my Yukon higher so as of right now my Yukon rear end sits a inch higher then my front an my torso is max out.So waiting for my new torso key to hopefully have it lifted up evenly.So shocks are good that’s one reason why I bought the lift kit for the shocks but rather then that torso key no good that’s the only thing my problem is.Ok it’s been about a year now an these shocks are nooooo good at all my Yukon ride all ruff an bounce a lot my cheap brand I bought before this was way better then there’s shocks so don’t buy these cause shocks are garbage... waist of money

Overall this kit is decent. I installed this on my 03 suburban and it looks and rides much better. The shocks are easy to replace and install and the rear spacers work great with my new ac delco coil springs. One complaint I have is with the torsion bar keys provided in this kit. They gave me about a half inch lift after install and I had to sock the torsion bolts all the way to get that half inch. I eventually spent another $150 on some Pro Comp keys that gave me 2 1/2 inch lift with room for more. So that's my one and only complaint. The torsion keys. I honestly would pay another hundred bucks to have better Keys included. I would still recommend this product.

The shocks are very weak and didn't have the bushings pressed in. Unless you have a shop press these are more work then they are worth.

I had no problems whatsoever.The kit does everything its supposed to do...I was concerned about ride quality..but rides just fine..would definitely recommend.
