I was looking for a day bag for my 9 foot surfboard. This bag came in at 9’2” and my board slides in and out with ease. Highly recommended for the price.

These bags are not travel bags for protection on a world surf tour. These are day bags to protect the boards from sun and other elements while in storage or day use. For their intent these bags are excellent and the price is very reasonable. Great day bags.

Good bag for the price. As someone in the surfboard business I've bought and sold and used 1000's of surf bags. There's nothing wrong with this bag for the price. Are there nicer better made "cooler named" bags on the market. Yes. But there at a much higher price point. For the average hodad who's gonna go get some waves this weekend this will fit the bill.

I bought this as a storage bag for the boom/sails and centerboard and rudder for my small sailboat - nobody else makes or sells a storage bag of the appropriate size. Wow! While this is a departure from what this bag is advertised to be (a longboard bag) it fits the bill better than anything I could imagine. Outstanding quality, great value, and exactly the size to do the job. I have to trailer my sailboat (a vintage Nomad 14) anywhere I use it, so having a secure place to put all the loose gear for road trips is essential and this bag is the perfect solution.

I use mine for storage purposes only. Keeps away all of the nicks and small dings that can happen. I like it.

I have a heavy duty travel bag and wanted a light day bag for my 8' funboard. This is just right and great price. It is thin, but that's what I wanted. 8'2" it fits my 8" with plenty of leftover room, and width. Fins no problem to zip over. Nice handle and strap. I gave it 5's for Durability and Sturdiness - for the price - and for what it is - a Day Bag. My buddy bought a heavier duty Curve bag for his 6'6" board and is super happy with it, too. Although that bag was probably close to twice the price of this one. I'm happy. I don't write many reviews, but thought I'd give a straight take on it, due to the other comments here. There was a problem with shipment at first, but they got right on it and resent it like that day or the next, and I got it in like 2 days after that. Will buy Curve again.

I got this 9'2" bag for a 9' long board in order to protect it from the sun on trips to the beach (we have to drive an hour+ to get to a beach). I needed no frills like 15 pockets or such other things. It is about 4" longer than the board, which is fine by me and means a 9'2" board will fit fine. It's thick enough to protect it from dings and the tip and tail are reinforced. The only thing I don't like, which is why I deducted a star, is that the sling is not detachable (but they told me that in the description) AND can't be adjusted for a smaller person to use properly. If you are tall (over 5"6" or so, it's not an issue. Other than that, the bag is a good value for the money
