Nunca más tendré que comprar queso fresco.
El producto es excelente. Mi opinión es la de una persona que nunca en su vida preparó un queso. Así que les cuento mi experiencia con el producto. Coloque una vasija con un galon de leche a fuego bajo. Espere a que se calentara solamente un poquito. Podía tocar la vasija y sentir calor sin llegar a quemarme. Removí la leche para que el calor fuera parejo. En un vaso triture media pastilla y luego la mezcle con un poquito de la leche. Seguidamente la ligue con la leche restante y movi por un rato para mesclar bien. Espere 20 minutos y la magia estaba hecha. La leche cuajo perfecta. Con mis manos limpias desmenuze toda la cuajada. Apague el fogón y Espere 20 minutos más para que el suero se separé de la cuajada. En una gasa cole la cuajada para separarla del suero. La cuajada sólida la puse en un molde y la prense por un rato. Luego la saque del molde y la gasa y la puse en un plato dentro del refrigerador. Obtuve un queso fresco fenomenal. Nada que envidiar al queso del mercado. Un galon de leche me dio 1 liba y 4 onzas de queso fresco. Espero que está información te ayude.

The best purchase I've ever made. It's very easy to use. You only need half a bar of milk. The cheese tastes delicious. I had made it with vinegar, but I didn't like the taste. I won't buy cheese again because I can make it myself.
