RSVP International Endurance Collection Fish Poaching Set, 18 inch, Stainless Steel

We love to cook seafood but have not tried poaching, which is relatively easy and also a healthy way to cook fish. Poacher arrived in perfect condition. We have an oval shaped gas burner so the poacher fit well on it, rather than having to straddle two burners. We also plan to use it in the oven. The poacher is nicely designed, and easy to lift out the contents. We'll be using the poacher frequently, and maybe for other uses as suggested by reviewers.

I already had two so these made my cooking easier.

The inner piece handles are little too tall and prevent the lid from closing 100%. So far I've used it 3 times and a number of noticeable stains developed in the pot that I cannot remove.

Easy to use and clean

Much snaller than I had in mind, it's on me. Quality is great. I would recommend getting the bigger size. Fishes have big heads!

The media could not be loaded. The bottom of the pan is not flat, causing the poacher to rock on the stove. This causes the liquid to pile up on one side or the other. I ended up supporting it at either end with something metal to stop it from rocking. I will replace it with a higher-quality poacher.

Beautiful shiny stainless steel finish and is very sturdy. The removable shelf made it very easy to remove the fish without breaking into pieces. Clean up was easy.
