Lighting Craftsman Style Outdoor Wall Light in Bronze 8 Inches Tall

Nice light. I had intended to remove the front glass panel and secure it to the wall, since the box didn’t lend itself to the use of the back strap that comes with the light. Unfortunately, the glass panels cannot be removed - the frame is welded together in such a way that removing the glass would require removing the lamp holder, which would mean you couldn’t mount it on the wall.I eventually got the strap and mounted so the post screw would work - in the end it’s fine but more trouble than it should have been. Also, if the front glass panel ever cracked/broke it would be a pain to replace.Aesthetically, it’s nice looking. The only issue I have is that the metal frame pieces are a bit thin, so they don’t set totally flush (they bow out a bit) and the welds are not 100% in alignment. Other than that it’s very nice for the money.

I was really looking for a porch lite, but I bought this pair and used the extra one to replace an old fixture in my bedroom. It's just a tad large for the bedroom--but it's absolutely perfect for the front door. Great lights. I had a professional do the installation, so I can't say whether it was easy to install or not.
