I want to share my experience about Rajesh Mendonca SAP EWM Guru for writing this book on Fundamentals of SCM-EWM a step by step guide which I bought from Amazon.com, Normally I have some bad feeling towards online classes as I feel that our doubts cannot be cleared properly and I even faced a bad experience with one tutor which I took my SAP MM/IM/WM training at first and I ended up with confused knowledge. I was very much tensed what to do. Then I came to know about this book, without even taking online classes or attending the training classes from SAP I followed this book, which has all the fundamental step by step about SAP EWM from configuration to the actual business processes which the author has explained in such a way that even a fresher can grasp all the functionalities of SAP EWM. I rented both SAP ECC and SCM servers to do my practice and it works so amazing once you follow step by step procedure which is mentioned on the book. Now I feel that I've done the right work by getting this book and following it to get more knowledge of SAP SCM (EWM). The painstakingly step by step guide book for SAP EWM is very good reference materials while you being on the job.Rajesh innovative idea of putting this book together for SAP EWM makes you feel comfort at your home, cutting gas cost and not wasting time in commuting is simply wonderful. It was time and money very well invested. The author of this book Rajesh Mendonca provided very easily understandable step wise procedure for all the requirements, practicing on the system and even the screen shots makes it easily understandable with all transaction codes and the navigational path to configure the system as per the business requirement. To begin with, I am an experienced SAP consultant and bought this book to train myself on EWM. I was very influneced by MarkJacobs review and hence bought the book. I like the style of presentation, the font size ( believe me.. it makes a huge difference when you are reading a 500 page technical book) and the screen shots. the Authors have explained the concepts and other technical details in a way that none of the SAP books do it out there. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that it does not have any exercises at the end of every section. Not that its a bad thing, but after being used to the SAP style of materials, I would naturally assume such an expectation. The other reason I mention this point is to let others know who are contemplating to buy it should be aware of this.Keep up the good work Rajesh and Janet !!
