Good buy
Works really well for my 4 and 6 year olds. They are both tall for their age. Pretty durable. The bindings require adult assistance but work well. The kids love it. I am not sure I would trust it out on a mountain, but on neighborhood hills for practice it works great.

Four Stars
My grandson loves it but one of the buckles broke after using it 3 times.

good start snowboard
Snowboard looks good for beginners not to expensive and very nice that it has bindings most little kid snowboards don't have that option for so little $

It is OK
It was OK for my 2 year-old to try out snowboarding. He used if for two seasons, until he was big enough for real snowboarding gear. It is essentially a plastic sled to which you strap your feet, no real edge to turn with.My biggest problem with this item is the bindings. They are made for a far larger foot than an average toddler. In every case I had to stuff items in front of my son's boot to prevent his feet from sliding out.

Worse Gift POS
Ok.. So I bought this snowboard for my son who is 12 and wanted to see if he would like snowboarding. He recieved this as a Christmas Gift and took it up on the hill to try it out. He came back 5 mins later upset and I asked him why thinking he had wiped out only to find out that he put it on and the binding clip "which was cheaply made" broke off. He didn't even get to try it. I guess you get what you pay for thank god for amazon's awesome return policy. This is not a good investment. My son doesn't weight much and it small for his age so his size shouldn't of been an issue. The board was solid but the binding are terrible.

which is fine for a beginner board
It worked as advertised, and the boot supports are safe and don't lock a child in too firmly, but gives more balance. The plastic of the board makes it a bit slow, which is fine for a beginner board. Others noted it broke quickly, but seems to be sturdy so far.

Go for it
I picked this up for my girlfriends 8 year old son who was asking for a snowboard but, he had never used one so I didn't want to spend a fortune for what might not be used much. The board arrived fast and it was actually a pretty good board. Granted, as some of the other reviews mentioned, this is a plastic board and so the edges aren't that sharp but, we're not using it on a ski slope. We have a nice area near our house that has hills about 25 feet high so, this was perfect. The board was sturdy, it allowed him to attach to and get out of the bindings easily and most of all, he loved it and he ended up being pretty impressive on it. For fifty dollars, this was great buy for a beginning boarder.
