Crosley Furniture KF726001AC Landon Platform Bed and Headboard, King, Acorn

This bed arrived in two large and heavy packages. I purchased the mahogany color which is gorgeous and in the end I love the bed as it is sturdy and looks great. However, building this bed was AWFUL- so be warned. Not only were there 6 trash bags-worth of styrofoam in the packaging which I am still cleaning out of my apartment, but the hardware that it comes with does not work for the headboard and I needed to get some custom cut for me. There are headless screws that attach the head and foot boards to the side panels, which work for the footboard but NOT the headboard as they are an inch too short. I ended up going to the hardware store twice and getting them cut to the correct length in the end (4.5 inches in case anyone needs to know) after spending two days trying to build this bed. Also, the middle support as someone else noted does not touch the ground... but I figured with the weight of the mattress /me in it, it would be okay...hopefully. The holes to attach the center beam to the head/foot boards do not line up with the hardware, and considering the center legs don't touch the ground, clearly they are not even in the right place. I'm hoping this isn't an issue over time, but I was just so exhausted from dealing with this that I decided to ignore it.In the end, I'd give the bed 3.5 stars due to the construction issues. But it feels very sturdy and was exactly what I was looking for so I am happy.

This bed frame is gorgeous and a dupe for a popular bed from a high-end retailer for half the price. Packaging could have been better, one of the boxes was damaged and left a large scratch on one of the legs. Luckily it was on the inside of the leg and isn't noticeable. Amazon was able to give me a partial refund for the damage.Took my husband and I about 2 hours to assemble, the directions weren't the best, but we figured it out.It should be noted that the center support beams do not touch the floor unless there's weight on the bed. We thought at first we put it together wrong, but I think it is by design. It is very sturdy and holds me, my husband and our 100 lb. dog with no issues.Holds my 14" king mattress perfectly and is a beautiful Mahogony color.The wood is a bit soft and can scratch easily so keep that in mind if you have pets.Overall, I'm thrilled about this bed and think it looks amazing!

Not all predrilled holes align, takes patience and creativity to assemble. Looks as pictured, nice for guest room.

Maybe not expensive furniture but it looks beautiful in my guest bedroom so I am very happy with this purchase.

Overall, I love the look of the bed for the price, but it has a couple unexpected issues.1. The bolts that attach the posts to the headboard are highly visible. I would have expected them to be recessed with a decorative plug to hide the hardware, but no. I didn't recall seeing this in the photographs prior to purchasing the bed, but looking now and zooming in, I can see them. I will search for a way to cover them.2. Due to the lack of specifics in the instruction or markings on the piece, I installed the platform frame on the headboard upside down. This caused the center slat support brace to be at an angle, so I had to disassemble practically the whole bed in order to fix it. One simple sticker to mark "this side up" would have been immensely helpful.3. The bed slides easily across my hardwood floors when barely touched, so I need to find the appropriate glides or pads for the bottoms of the legs.I recommend the bed, but you will need assistance putting it together.

This bed is EXACTLY the same bed as the Easmor on Wayfair...it even has the same promo pictures. Only difference is it's $100 cheaper. The bed seems to be of good quality. It creaks a bit, but I think I need to go back and tighten up the bolts after its had a while to settle. I added some non-slip casters to the legs and the bed feels very solid and stable. I was able to assemble this bed with ease, by myself, in about 1.5 hours. It is heavy, and the boxes are heavy...but I unpacked everything in the garage and carried it in piece by piece. It did arrive slightly damaged, but the seller offered my 10% back in lieu of a return...so I accepted. They did offer a full return, but the damage was minor on the bed rail and is barely noticeable and I didn't want to go through the hassle of returning it.

This bed frame is so pretty! Had been on the hunt for a darker tone midcentury modern. My only complaint is there is a slight gap at the bottom but once you make the bed you won’t even notice it.

This bed is gorgeous. From opening the boxes to clean up after assembly, it took us about an hour. If you have ever assembled Ikea furniture (this is definitely better quality than Ikea though), you will have zero issues putting this together. All of the pieces were included and instructions were clear. It is a very solid bed with a simple mid century modern look. I would recommend this bed to anyone. I’m not a consistent reviewer on Amazon, but definitely felt the need to express my satisfaction with this.
