Good to use
I take this almost everyday because it was recommended to take with brithcontrol. So far so good! There are lots of benefits that come with taking them, but I dont see much of an effect yet (ive only had them for a week so im giving it some time). The size of the bottle is compact and holds alot more than i thought!

Good Quality / Works Well
Nature Made's Folic Acid vitamins are good quality, wholesome tasting,and very reasonably priced and easy to find on Amazon.They always made me feel a little better when swallowed with water, but just the other day 3/18/2025) I decided to just dissolve one in my mouth and chew it a little,without water and WOW ! that worked better for me,so that's the way I'll take these from now on ! I gave some to my mother the same way,I told her to chew it a llttle,and dissolve it on the tip of her tongue ,then swallow and she kept saying"but,but, it says to take it with water ! (she has no imagination) .Try it it won't kill you either with or without water...I did and I felt better ! I take 2 when needed ,divided into two separate doses.

Good Vitamins
Been using this vitamins for a week. So far so good, I haven’t really have any side effects. The size of the pill is small, easy to swallow. It doesn’t really have a taste, so feels good. I’m trying to conceive let see how fast it works.

Great brand and great supplement stuff ! I just wish all makers would up the formula to the 1 percent etc or whatever medical formula grade !
