So far my favorite.

I have tried 5 different blow dryers and so far this is my favorite. I have thick, wavy long hair and this dries it quickly. I had another dryer before this that put out a lot of air but not enough heat, it tangled my hair too much even on low speed and still didn't get it dry. I love the compact and light size too.

Get this one. It's the right one for gym or travel.

Stick of standing in line at the gym waiting to use that ONE dryer they have? Need something small enough for travel but MUST have a cold shot? You still want powerful right? This is second to the tiniestkind out here, it's not the smallest/it's the second smallest but it had everything that I wanted in a hair dryer for the gym/travel. Only thing is the LOW setting is when you push the slider UP and the HIGH setting is when you push the slider DOWN (with your thumb there are no buttons to press on it). Just so you know. At first, I pushed it up and it wasn't very HOT, so I tried the other way and WOW yep, this is a powerful hot small portable dryer. I'm very pleased with it AND if folds!

Great, with a few things to be aware of

Have had this thing for 7 years and it still works perfectly. But there are a few things to be aware of.1. The way these things work is that when you turn the switch to 240 V it just prevents you from using the high setting. When you use the low setting at the higher voltage, it basically is doing the same thing as when you have it on the high setting back home in the US. So another words you only get one setting when you are traveling to Europe, Asia. If you have very fine hair, you will not be able to use the low setting when you are abroad and you may find the dryer is too hot.2. Don’t forget to flip the switch to 240 V when you are going to use it in Europe or Asia. If you forget, and you turn the dryer onto the high setting, you could damage or even destroy it

Travel hair dryer

I needed a hair dryer that was small enough to pack, yet still powerful enough to dry my hair. This is the one!

Dries my thick hair really fast.

I bought this hair dryer to take on trips. It fits nicely in my carry on bag. It also dries my hair fast and leaves it silky smooth. Highly recommend.

this is so useful. It comes out of the box set to ...

TRULY a life-saver! If you'e traveling in Europe and staying in hotels or AirBNBs where you might not have access to a hair dryer, this is so useful. It comes out of the box set to US voltage, you'll need a dime or a penny to insert in the tiny round button at the base of the hair-dryer, turn it all the way to the EU voltage setting. IMPORTANT:: If you read the instruction booklet, it informs you that when used in Europe, on the EU voltage setting, you should ONLY click the dryer into the "LOW" position. Setting the dryer to "LOW" on EU voltage actually makes it work as if it were on a "HIGH" setting on max heat. There is no way to use it on the EU voltage and use it on a setting that blows in a way you'd expect a normal "LOW" or "COOL" setting on an American hairdryer to work. Fine by me though, as it's tiny and not salon-dryer powerful so I can't imagine wanting to use this on a setting other than "high & hot."TLDR; When using it in Europe:1. Make sure you used a coin to switch the voltage knob on the front to the EU voltage setting2. On EU voltage, ONLY use with switch in the "LOW" position - counter-intuitively this will give you the equivalent of a dryer set to "HIGH/MAX HEAT" and the booklet says this is the only safe setting to use when abroad.

Works well!

This dryer is compact, good for travel and works well. Does the job.

Good at only one thing. Ergonomics lack a lot.

It is OK but has some short falls. the air coming out on low is not as warm as other hair dryers. It is not as compact as some of my others, and it has less ergonomics than more expensive dryers. For example, the grip is not terribly comfortable, slippery, and crudely designed in my opinion. Also it has no rubberized places on the blower portion so I can't set it on my counter top, it slides all over the place, most inconvenient for how I use it. Most other dryers I own have some friction rubber or something to make laying them on the vanity counter easy enough. Also the cord is not the coiled up type, as other travel dryer I have are equipped. So the stiff and thick power cord for this one is a nusience, especially for travel. Finally, the part that sticks in the socket and has the little micro breaker (or GFI) is very bulky compared to some other dryers I own, and hogs space, and also moves when you use the dryer, as it is just bigger than it needs to be and the prongs of the plug are not strong enough to hold it in place. Overall, I rate this a "B" dryer and good at one thing, actually drying your hair (even though the air flow is not really very warm compared to other brands, it does have volume or speed). Look elsewhere at more expensive dryers for a really nice travel dryer.
