It is a good book for those who don't know anything about Operations Management. I found it informative, however, some of the math formulas in the book I wasn't too good at. However, everything else is great. I needed the book for an online course I am currently taking, so it suits the purpose.

Required textbook for a graduate course I am taking. Much better price here than buying it from the university bookstore.

This book is my undergraduate course required book, usually, after semester done, I will get rid of them, but this book really tell you something and really benefits me, So I brought it again for myself

Book does a lousy job of explaining topics and then uses hard questions at end of chapter to reinforce what you read, but lacks the educational needs to tackle the challenge. Extensive word vocabulary that is overwhelming and is very odd stated. I told my professor that this book she chose sucks!

It was required. It allowed me to do the work and pass the class. Can't compare it, don't know.
