Okay, so like I said above, I am not an idiot. I've taken my computers apart for small-ish repairs, set up printers and laptops and various other peripherals on a network, modified security settings and changed our WiFi equipment at home. I also knit, quilt, bake, cook, and other crafty things. But I could not get this to work in a satisfactory fashion. By "satisfactory" please know that I mean to function in any practical and productive way. Tried with two different cartridges, very carefully, and could not get it to work. Really frustrated and annoyed me, because I hate plastic waste. And that is why I will never, ever buy this sort of thing again.

This stuff works great. I cannot tell the difference between this toner and the factory toner! The instructions were very clear. There is also a video tutorial on their website. Once I got the plug out of the toner cartridge, the whole job including repositioning the flag wheel only took about 15 minutes. The hardest part was getting the plug out of the toner cartridge. That thing is really in there. I would recommend this product to anyone with a Brother Laser printer!

I was a little hesitant about trying to refill a laser cartridge, but the instructions were clear and it only took 15-20 minutes. Reinstalled the cartridge into the printer and my prints look excellent. I have printed a lot of pages with large blocks of solid rectangles and they are sharp with no streaks. It has been over a month since I did the refill and still looking good.

excellent product. Using the first bottle right now and its working. Will save me a lot of money. Also filled up the second cartridge with the second bottle. Now I have a spare ready. Will buy again and endorseiong the product.

This toner does the job of refilling for my Brother Laser Printer. I because the toner smudges, but I suspect this is because I do not use laser paper; so I am giving this product a five.

Excellent! The directions were very easy to understand and the quality of the toner is excellent. I will never have to pay full price again. Great product. Highly recommended.
