I have three dogs and a lot of dog hair to go with. As any dog owner knows, you will fight the shedding, and it's a never ending war. Dog hair gets into everything, including coffee. So, when I found this cup online with the sunflowers and the top, I bought immediately. The best, smartest buy I've made in a long time.The cup is large, sturdy, and decorative. The top fits and doesn't fall off. It came in a lovely, matching gift box, that I still have.I love this cup. I highly recommend this buy.

Love this mug! I think the design is beautiful all the way around the mug, and the shape is just right to fit in the cup holder in my car. I haven't noticed the problem that other reviewers experienced -- that the ceramic doesn't keep beverages warm long enough. (Or maybe I'm just a fast drinker :-) I really appreciate the box, too. I bought the mug for me, but I'm keeping the box so I can use it as packaging for a present. A bit of blue or yellow ribbon and -- voila! -- a paper-free yet beautiful present.Update after using it for a month: I love this so much that I just ordered another two (in different patterns offered by the same company). The thing I love most about it is that it's the only travel mug I've ever owned that's the right height to fit right under the outflow spout of my Nespresso machine. (All other mugs I've owned are too tall to fit.)I fill it halfway with water and pop it in the microwave for a couple of minutes to warm it up, and then pour out the water, which leaves my mug warm. Which, in turn, keeps my coffee plenty warm while I drink it.Another reviewer mentioned that the sunflower pattern doesn't go all the way around, so I thought I'd add a photo of what IS on the other side. It's a blue check pattern with the silhouette of a bird and a butterfly. I, for one, think it's much prettier this way than it would be if the same design repeated all the way around the mug.

I LOVE this cup !! It’s very pretty, came in a pretty box so a great gift, its a great price and I love the size. I do two teabags and needed a cup for 2 cups, so this was perfect. Also the cup does not heat up in the microwave if I need to warm my tea. A plus is if I’m running out the door I can take it w me, since it’s also a travel cup. I will be putting more of these on my wish list !!Also just a hint. You can use a little vinegar to clean tea/coffee stains on the inside. Works great !!

Ever since I was treated for a disease that would have otherwise killed me when I was 3, I've had significant hand tremors. It's okay because all my friends and family are careful to accommodate it without making a big deal out of it (putting my golf ball on my tee, buttering my bread, making sure my drink has a straw in it and other kindnesses).My wife and I are going to a country where they make a big deal out of tea and I plan to ask for my tea to be put into one of these cups so I can use its lid without spilling any tea. They're more attractive than any of the lidded cups I now use and I won't need a straw.I've tried them out and I noticed that they are meant for the user to pick the cup up and drink using only the handle. This I cannot do as I need to put my other hand on the cup to steady it. However, the outside of the cup is as hot as the tea which is very hot, so I plan to ask for a half-cup, and as these hold 17 ounces I will still have 8 ounces of tea.My wife immediately spied the boxes they came in and grabbed them for her own use, whatever that may be, as they are quite colorful. I usually spend $11 to $13 dollars for lidded cups that are more utilitarian than anything so at $16 these colorful cups are a bargain.

Love! I can’t use as a travel mug, this doesn’t fit in my mug holder with the handle on my car, but ... I got a gift set from an animal shelter for a donation of a similar mug in floral. My sister begged that one out of me, it had greens, flowers, roses, etc. So I checked Amazon for that mug, found it but saw this, I love peacocks so I grabbed. Do not waste any part of this box set. The mug is too tall for my Keurig 2.0 so I remove the bottom stand on the Keurig, fits. Fill your mug with 20 oz, leaves plenty room for lots of cream. It’s hot, with lid on stays hot for about 20 minutes, and it’s gorgeous. The box, sit the box inside the lid cover and use the box for stand tissue boxes. Puffs fit just right just don’t push them all the way down. Since I have two boxes now (my sister didn’t want the other box), I put one on each end table in my living room.
