Rugged Ridge | Seat Slider | 13201.03 | Fits 1976-1995 Jeep CJ & Wrangler YJ

This slider is very easy to install. I mounted mine to a Smittybilt standard bucket seat and the original 1985 CJ7 riser. It came with the bushing and cotter pins. It moves the seat backwards and forwards about 3 inches. The riser itself adds about 3 inches of height under your seat. Great product at a great price. I’d definitely recommend this.

Seems to be ok except for the fact that there is no attaching hardware. The instructions say to use the old attaching hardware but that doesn't work for a new build. The instructions also mention plastic buffers and cotter pins. Nope. None included. Hopefully it will work ok once I get nuts, bolts plastic whatevers and cotter pins for it. Also be aware of whether your current seats attach with a bolt or nut on stud.

My 89 YJ had a broken passenger seat slider. The handle was missing and the track on the original had split and was being held on with a machine screw (this is a bad thing for the passenger's safety). I also replaced the entire seat itself with a set of new ones I had ordered then stored 5 years ago. THe slider assembly fit on directly (followed instructions - they made sense and actually were pretty easy to follow.) I replaced the machine screw with an actual bolt from the spare/extra parts bin in my shop and they bolted down great. Slides great (it had been so long , I had forgotten that the passenger seat was adjustable!!) It's nice to have the functionality back. Track fit perfect on a existing 1985 Cj7 bucket seat frame

Some questionable assembly. The bearing set fell out of mine. It took me a couple hours to find the little ball bearings that fell out, reassemble and push it down where it originally was suppose to be.

Overall, the product is of decent quality and works as expected. I'm only giving this two stars because the construction of this item pissed me off. It doesn't work with the original seat riser due to the way that the bolts are configured. So even if your riser is in good condition, Rugged Ridge forces you to buy their riser with it. If your riser is all rusted out anyway, then this isn't a big deal, but if your riser is in good condition (the way mine was), it sucks to have to kick out another $50 or $60 bucks to get their brand riser.

Fit perfectly on my 1990 YJ

Ordered 2 of these. Within first month rollers and balls started falling out of slides and makes it very difficult to slide them now.

Looks like good quality. Did not fit my 92 Wrangler seat, rails were too short to bolt up.
