iDesign Thistle Floral Fabric Bathroom Shower Curtain - 72" x 72", Gray/Blue

Update 9/2/16: Still going strong, even with multiple washings it looks just like the day we got it! No fading!Update 7/4/15: Sill looks new, still washing it regularly. No plans to replace!Update 11/22/14: This is still a great curtain! We have washed it frequently over the past year (at least once every 2 months, sometimes more often)and it is holding up it's color well. No fading, no pilling, no staining, no loose threads, etc. It's holding it's like new condition well!Previous Review:This curtain has a really great color and feel to it, and it looks just like the picture. I was worried about it being too dark and making a small bathroom feel even smaller but the pops of blue and white thistles bring enough brightness to it to make it fit right into my small bathroom without making it feel claustrophobic.I was worried about other peoples complaints of it being to lightweight and blowing around but I paired it with another lightweight curtain InterDesign EVA Shower Liner,72 by 72 Clear Frost and chose it in a light blue which cost a couple dollars more than the clear. Together these curtains hold each other down and just work good together. They both fit together on the same rings and the holes line up just right so that they stop and start at the same points being the same size.This curtain has not had any problems with molding and we have washed and dried it in regular machines several times with no issues of colors fading or bleeding. It still looks just like new, I just washed it because well I like to wash things every so often just to be safe! It may not be molding because we have it hanging outside the tub enclosure with the plastic liner inside the tub.

I'm really enjoying my Inter Design shower curtain! I have the "Thistle" design in Gray and Blue. The Gray is fairly dark and the blue is very bright. I have a teal bath mat I was hoping it would match and it's close, though definitely not exact. It's pretty accurate to the picture with my computer screen, though when the package came it's much darker than the picture on the front of the package (see my photo).I like that it's 100% polyester. It looks much classier than some plastic-like curtains and it's super easy to care for since you can just put it in the washer. I would recommend using a liner though... I'm sure this will extend the life of the curtain! Also on the subject of care, you can iron it (and will need to when it arrives), which is nice.I also really like that it has rust proof grommets. I haven't had it long enough to give this a good test, but if accurate, that will be very nice and also extend the curtain life!This particular curtain measures 72" X 72" which will cover a bathtub size. Our shower is only a shower (so it's much smaller), so it's not spread out like it would across a tub, and it still looks great! You can kind of see that in my photos, but there is a wall behind me so I couldn't back up very far to take a better picture.I think this curtain is classy, modern, but not too crazy... a really nice mix of many styles! Plus, the price was just right!!(Sorry the pictures are sideways!! I can't figure that out...)

After having to replace some flooring in our bathroom, we decided to go ahead with a complete renovation, and we redecorated once complete. I chose this thistle shower curtain after coming back to it repeatedly while shopping for a theme. The grey and blue color pattern is appealing with the white and black compliments. I added some dandelion wall decals to the wall after repainting, and found a nice framed photo to accent the opposite wall. Along with some matching bath mats and a small pallet converted to a shelf, the whole thing came together lovely.One reason I opted for the fabric curtain is because in my area we have a well-based water system, and the quality of water is horrid even when the system is treated. There are tons of minerals in the hard water, and this inevitably leads to us having to consistently replace bath mats and curtains. Water spots inundate the liners quickly and are difficult to rid of without using harsh rust remover chemicals. I find these curtains much easier to maintenance and wash as I can run them in the washing machine with whatever cleaning agents I choose, and it takes minimal effort on my part. I still line with a cheap plastic liner to keep it from becoming stained too quickly, but I can toss those liners as they begin showing too much wear.The curtain is long enough to cover the tub without resting on the bathroom tile, and wide enough to appropriately cover the width of the tub.Pretty design, decent quality, and exactly what I wanted.

This curtain is truly beautiful in color. I purchased the Gray and Blue 72" curtain. The main curtain or back drop is a very dark grey or dark taupe. The dandelions are a bright pastel blue, white and black. The colors go well with our décor. Good quality. The only con I noticed and also the reason I did not give this product a 5 star is because some of the dandelion stems appear to be a poorly ironed on or a low quality applique. I've added a couple of pictures of the stems with the missing parts. You can't really tell when just looking at the curtain so this product still got a 4 star from me.I am using a fabric shower liner behind it from Bed Bath and Beyond as I have not tested if this is a water proof decorative shower curtain.
