This furnace from Goodman was delivered early, in perfect shape and was easy to install from information on the product manuals. Startup went perfect. Glad I purchased this one. My second Goodman furnace.

As a dissatisfied customer, I would like to share my negative experience with the Goodman furnace. Unfortunately, the furnace broke down in just two years of usage, which is incredibly disappointing.Moreover, the technicians sent by Goodman to fix the furnace have been entirely useless in solving the issue that started in September 2022. Despite paying over $500 for their services, there has been no solution provided, leaving me and my family in the cold.Adding to my frustration, the Goodman customer service staff has been incredibly rude, unhelpful, and unwilling to listen to my concerns. I have asked for parts to be shipped, but they have refused to listen to my request, making me feel like they do not care about their customers' satisfaction.As a result of this negative experience, I can confidently say that I will never buy any Goodman products again, and I cannot recommend anyone to use them. It is incredibly disappointing that a company that claims to provide high-quality products and services has failed to deliver on their promises, leaving customers like me to suffer the consequences.In conclusion, if you are looking for a reliable furnace brand, I strongly suggest that you look elsewhere, as my experience with Goodman has left me feeling disappointed, frustrated, and out of pocket.
