I give this to my cat and dog daily as part of their breakfast. They tolerate it very well and I’ve had no issues. I just use it as a daily probiotic for them. They also love the taste of it which is a plus

Why did you pick this product vs others?:A friend of mine also has a puppy with loose bowels. She said to sprinkle a little of this on his food and it would help to harden it a bit. I am very pleased to say that it did!

Great product. Our baby girl lab was pretty sick with digestive issues. This along with a bland diet got her thru. Will definitely purchase again and keep this on hand. Our girl loved it as well as all the cats. Easy to use just add water or sprinkle on there food.

BEWARE: There is a small desiccant packet inside the canister to absorb moisture. It is the color of the powder and if you're sight-impaired or just not paying attention, you could easily feed this to your pet. I couldn't understand what the foreign item was in my dog's breakfast that wasn't breaking down. It was the packet! I didn't even see it! Thankfully I caught it before I put it down for him.This seems like a good product for many people but I'm not sure if my dog has responded positively to it or just a food change. He does love it though and perks up when he sees it going into his food.I've used several Honest Kitchen products in the past and always been happy with them. This is just too expensive to use as directed on a regular basis.

For several years my dog had occasional episodes of desperate grass eating – getting me up at 3 or 4 am, frantic to get out and find grass to eat. Since we don’t have a yard with grass, this means I would have to get up, get dressed, and take him out on his grass hunting expedition. Since this product has both, and is in a powdered from that keeps well, I decided to give it a try. Wow!Since I started giving this to him with his breakfast, he has not had a single episode – nearly 3 months now. It’s easy to mix with warm water, using a mini-whisk, and he loves it! He weighs 25 lbs, and 30 servings per can is absolutely accurate.I think the price is fine for the benefits. I use goat’s milk myself, since I can’t digest cow’s milk, and I pay quite a bit more for it. I’d say my dog is worth what is really a small price, especially compared to ongoing vet bills!
