I like that this roll of 10' black plastic is rolled into about a 3.3' long roll. You have to unroll it to the lenght you want (I cut mine into 10' x 10' pieces), then unfold the 3.3' section to get it to 10' wide. This is very convenient so you're not trying to man-handle a 10' roll, and it stores easily. Of course, once you unroll and unfold it, then you basically have a giant piece on your hands to try and fold away after use. I use it for keeping rain off burn piles around my property, and so far it holds up well, but time will tell. It's a lot more affordable than using tarps, which will do the same job, but they get ripped, weathered, and they cost a lot more. Recommend!

Had plastic laid down on a hill for over five years for weed control and was still pliable . Not brittle. Easy to get up. Stayed in one piece. Every time I need something I go to Amazon to order, live in a small town, not much available here in my small town or choices

For my garden

The quality seems to have changed. It used to have a shiny side on top & the underneath was a matte finish. Now both sides are matte & seem to slide around more because of that. Not big difference for what I use it for but I think the previous version was much better, thus the 4 stars.

Arrived fast used to line rase bed planter, worked well.

I ordered these because now I am the only one to maintain the yard, flower beds & garden. I could not keep up with the weeds!!! After clearing twice during the fall of 2022 I decided to cover areas after clearing. With allowing space for rain to reach the soil with space between the fabric pins, opening around shrubs, etc. or even a few holes. I sure am glad for what I got done because otherwise I could not do it all. I've used cardboard over the garden area but this keep weeds out better. Sturdy plastic.

As much as I try to avoid using plastic in my yard, it is sometimes a necessary evil to accomplish good cover to kill weeds or grass. This product is nice weight and thickness and seller ships very timely and well-packaged. Works great when I need to smother areas in my lawn for future planting projects.
