If you have clearance issues with bottom edge of a door then the best course of action is to remove the door and use a plane to remove material . Great tool though the Terratek is , I would not RECOMMEND it for this application but then .... I am a carpenter :)

is it any good for removing wall tile grout

I hav'nt tried grout but i nicked some marble by mistake, if you get the right blade grout it a fairly soft material.

does this tool have a masonry bit so it can cut into breeze block or brick?

Yes 2 supplied with tool but dont last long. Others are easily available at most diy stores.
