Not as pictured
Currently renovating our bathroom and I opened this to find that it looks absolutely nothing like the photo. It is not copper, just a rusty dark dark brown. I’m so disappointed and I missed the return window because we weren’t ready to hang up when I ordered.

Great mirror/poor quality assurance
Love the idea of this mirror. Unfortunately the mirror itself is lopsided. Mounted the bracket with a level but it sits crooked on bracket. I painted the mirror black so i dont think I am able to return it. Wish there was more of a quality check on these items.

Broken Mirror, Unable To Find A Contact Us Link For A Refund
I received our bathroom mirror a few weeks ago and it was broken. Not a fault at the manufacturer but my issue is I have requested an “exchange” for this mirror however it is currently unavailable now. I just would like a full refund but can NOT find a “contact us” link. I rarely ever write a review if ever, but I am just trying to get a refund for my order so I can purchase a new bathroom mirror. Thank you.

Stick out far from wall
This stick out quite far from the wall. Paint was uneven.

Ordered 2 and both arrived broken
This mirror was the perfect size and looked great but I'm 0 for 2 in receiving one that hasn't come shattered.
