Works well
I had been experiencing knee pain and muscle stiffness after my kettlebell workouts. I came across some videos for knee pain exercises and general stretching which incorporated foam rolling. I have been incorporating the foam rolling and stretching exercises into my workouts as well as foam rolling on my off days and doing less kettlebell swings and I have seen a great improvement. My muscles feel less stiff and more limber in the few weeks I have been using it. I plan to continue using it. So far so good.

Super Firm/Sturdy. Great for Stretching Tight Muscles!
Originally purchased at Wal-Mart but they somehow flubbed up the order and sent me resistance bands... Derp. Needless to say I wrote a complaint, canceled the order, and got a refund. Then I eventually purchased from Amazon (same product AND price was cheaper). Make sure you do your research!The product itself is great. Sturdy enough for rolling out your back, legs, abs, etc.For the price, I've no complaints.Recommended.

I'm sure this product is 5 star but, I am a sore loser. It is a piece of high density foam... CHECK... it rolls CHECK... It's the proper size and color CHECK CHECK.It just isn't viable its too big too dense it's ridiculous. It hurts my muscles anywhere I use it. Maybe if you are 100lbs it will work but, any big guy is not going to want this. It pulls on the hairs of your body when attempting to roll.

Good quality roller!
I bought the widest size available. And it is very generous! I recommend getting largest size (or longest roller). This way you have space on both sides for arms. I have other products by this brand and happy with all of them. Love this roller! It is very helpful for stretching my back. Roller is soft and light but doesn't have too much give which is what you want. I've been using it for a few weeks and it looks exactly the same, brand new. I feel it is really working and helping with back pain
