Worth the money..looks great..
Beautiful mantel..but it takes two to hang it..it's heavy and that's good.hangs easy if you follow directions..but will take two to hang it right.

Beautiful, good quality, arrived in perfect condition
My husband and I installed this with no problems. The biggest hold up was getting the confirmation from the county on the code for location above our fireplace insert. It arrived in very secure packaging with no damage at all. It's very good quality and we're really happy with it.

Nice looking and heavy mantel
It doesn’t come with hardware, but considering the hardware depends on what you’re attaching it to, I think that’s forgivable. Only problem we have is it tilts forward just a tad. We might be able to level it off or we shove something between the brick and the bottom of the mantel. I think it looks nice.

Top of mantle 60”, bottom is 53”
Beautiful mantle, but should note all measurements. The bottom is only 53” and the top is 60”. With that being said, I had to modify my project; as an exchange for a larger size seemed like a nightmare. They have specs on their website, but not on the Amazon site.

VERY poor quality control on Pearl mantle products
VERY poor quality control on Pearl mantle products. Do not waste your time or money on this brand or their products. I ordered this during a whole house reno and stored the shipped box without opening. Six months later when reno completed I opened the factory sealed box and was shocked to see large cracks and substantial damage on the mantel - including a completely botched paint job. Thankfully Amazon gave me credit and shipped another one no charge even though it was six months later. The next one arrived and it is damaged also - just not as bad and differently. This time the entire bottom panel is not attached/adhered to the mantle and there are smaller cracks on the sides. This time I plan to just do manual repairs and re-paint the thing myself so it is presentable enough to hang on the newly finished fireplace. The short is that there are clearly NO quality control on Pearl products or they would not ship in such unbelievably poor condition. For a product that is priced this high one would expect AT LEAST they would arrive in a condition ready to hang with no obvious and gross defects and a decent painted finish.
