Shipping was fast. Arrived in one piece w no damage. Looks great & all the sounds and lights work! Couldn’t find it cheaper anywhere else but then near Star Wars day the prices all dropped so bummed I didn’t wait til then.

Did not come in original packaging. I would very much have liked to know this before purchasing.
The helmet is nice and well-built. Although I feel the seller should have been honest about how the product would arrive. The product was not an original package. It was clearly a used object with an aftermarket price tag slept on the side of it that are at $74. Considerably less than what I paid I might add… Not cool. Very unprofessional.

Better than Rubies but one size should not fit all
One size does NOT fit all. They should have estimated head size, or at least recommended what hat sizes fit in this thing. With the pads in, I can barely fit in it even though it says "ages 14+." That being said it is better than anything produced by Rubies Costumes, makers of most Star Wars costumes from basic to overpriced ("Supreme Edition" - I should know I own TWO!)). Obviously this will *not* qualify you, even remotely, for the 501st from what I know. For the price you are paying, they could have at least put in a simple Bluetooth pairing so you can use it as a Bluetooth headphone.
