I am amazed with the quality and the taste of this product. So close to sugar. I use them in almost all the food items where I used to add sugar. Believe me you won't miss your regular sugar. I have used coconut sugar from other brands and they were disappointing and I had given up the idea to use coconut sugar. But thought to give a last try to 365 brand coconut sugar and I am happy I did. This is going to be part of my regular grocery order list. Even kids like the taste and don't mind being added to their favorite foods.

I enjoy using this in place of regular sugar for the lower glycemic index but without the gross taste of fake sweeteners.

I made some oatmeal raisin cookies using the Quaker Oats recipe substituting same amounts of the coconut sugar where the recipe called for both brown and white sugar amounts.They turned out very good but a bit too sweet for me. Still enjoyable but in the future I will reduce the amount. Probably 25% less.Next I look forward to trying substituting in tollhouse cookies.

Taste great in coffee, didn't liked it in rea.

I have to say it's a different taste. You don't need much of this sugar in coffee or tea..I love it

I was concerned at first that this would have a strong coconut flavor but it doesn’t! It has a slight coconut taste mixed with a brown sugar taste. It is the consistency of granulated sugar - granules are a little larger. I have used it in place of granulated sugar in oatmeal cookies and in chocolate chip cookies with excellent results.It costs more than white sugar but it is a little healthier and has a very nice flavor.
