to make a long story short.. when we bought this house, I didn’t (for whatever reason) care at all about putting holes in the walls with screws.. then moving them once inch over.. prob like 190 times.. and basically not caring about all the *relatively* minor damage. But then my sister used to rage under the influence and somehow would manage to eff up part of a wall. 15 years later.. i’m older and wiser.. and my wall has been caulked so many times with caulk that never matched the ugly yellow paint job my room came with. Basically the walls were trash.. so I bought a small white and small lightish yellow from a diff brand to mis and try and match the walls. Since i’m a noob to painting, I didn’t realize how not subtle spot painting is over existing paint. It’s impossible to replicate an older paint jobs sheen or lack thereof. Long story short I went from 2 little 4 ounce bottles to 4 quarts of this flat white for all 4 walls and the spot cleaning on one wall I totally messed up over the years.. a paper towel around the edges and it has much more of a cleaner transition. I have one wall left of the 4 in my room and 2 quarts so i’m going to paint the last one and then mix the paint & glitter in the last one to quickly go over all the others.. and it will glisten like snow 🤩 Not in tacky way either. I saw it on here and i’m like heck yes put iridescent white glitter on my white walls! Lol it took one quart per wall and i’m going to use the last quart with the glitter and put a quick coat everywhere. People rave in the comments and i’m all about all things glitter 🤣😭

I used this with a paint sprayer for furniture. I did sand and prime prior to spraying but it worked beautifully. I couldn't be happier with the results! I bought it again in white for another project. This is a great "off the shelf paint."

Ready to go...and Done! Patio set repainted for the new summer season. Love this shiny black. Easy to spread. Painted 4 chairs, table, and outdoor coffee table. Have half a can left.

I’m a Rust-Oleum fan, it’s my go-to paint. Maybe it was just this can, but when the paint dried, it was spotty. Also, I went to paint some outside trim with the same paint and noticed this was not a paint-primer like most paints are now.

I use this clear for my beehive boxes, it dries fast and preserve the nice woodgrain, it last around 2 years outdoors, and is a satin finish since I do not like the gloss, I just prepare the wood surface sanding off the old clear and apply 2 coats, voc on this paint is very low since unlike oil based paints it dies fast and cure in days.

This paint is awesome. We put beach board on our walls with wallpaper boarder in our beachy decor bathroom. I got this paint to seal from dampness, It worked great. was a bit weird painting clear paint but it worked great. My walls are totally sealed and look great. and it repels the water.
