It's brand name and made as a replica of Cappy from Mario Oddesy but feels like a real hat, elastic adjustable band works for kids and parents, survived many loads of washing and remains his favorite today after having it for months.Don't skimp on a knockoff because this is trademark perfect and great sewmanship/craftsmanship. I can tell it's a way higher quality and not much more $ then the cheaper ones that fell apart before I got him this.

Cappy! Came new, with official Nintendo tags. The hat itself is nice. It says youth size, but is roomy. I have a smaller head and it is a little big on me, and I bought it for my 6 year old. It has sewn in elastic (unadjustable) in the back of the hat to hold on the head. The eyes are stitched around the outside. It is made from some sort of foam material with a sturdy brim. Soft, comfortable. As pictured. Hopefully durable seems surface washable.I gave it a lower rating for 2 reasons.1. Shipping was delayed. A prime item with free 2 day shipping took around 4 buisness days. (Good thing I ordered earlier than I needed it). When it did arrive it was packed in a bag, I was worried it may be squished, but the product was undamaged so that is a plus.2.The price! This item was sold for almost $30. That's a high price. The quality as I said is good, but there are other sellers on Amazon (also prime available) that are selling for $7-$10 cheaper. I wish I would have purchased from a different seller. If you want this item, look for a cheaper seller. I bought this for the youth sizing, I'm pretty sure that the size is the same as the adult size.-All in all, the product itself is quite impressive, well made, cute, and will be a big hit for any Mario fan.My advice, find the better price.

great quality, very happy, but I'm six and a half feet tall with a big melon head and it fits me. it's crazy huge on my daughter lol. Def. not 'kid sized'

Bought this plush hat for “hat day” at my son’s school. He received SO MANY compliments on it and wears it all the time at home around the house. It fits great and is stretchy to fit many different size heads. Also the color and quality are 👌🏼.
